Gastronomic dining at Diva Maldives features three styles of cuisine inspired from Lebanese, North African, Indian, and Indian Ocean Islands’ cuisines.

SENSES - European flavours with Oriental influence

European style food with Indian Ocean, North African, Lebanese and Indian flavours. Salads, grills and seafood are proposed on the lunch menu while a full “à la carte” menu is available in the evening. The restaurant leads on to a terrace, stretching to the sea. A lounge bar features a selection of cocktails, rums, liqueurs, beers and international brands of spirits, as well as a selection of famous teas.

NOO- International cuisine

• Open from 7.00 a.m. to 10.30 a.m. and from 7.00 p.m. to 10.00 p.m.

Noo is a spectacular, shell-shaped restaurant, featuring international cuisine. This temple of gastronomy is located at the centre of the island and is open for breakfast and thematic dinners.

PURE – Modern Japanese cuisine

• Open from 7.00 p.m. to 10.00 p.m.
• Closed on Sunday

Standing on stilts over the water, Pure features modern Japanese-style open cooking. At the centre stage, a Tepaniaki table, where the Chef performs a “live” show, displaying all his skills as he prepares the dishes in front of the guests. The restaurant is open in the evening only and tables should be booked in advance.

EAST - South East Asian Restaurant

• Main restaurant on the north coast
• Seating capacity: 150
• Open from 7.00 a.m. to 10.30 a.m. and from 7.00 p.m. to 10.00 p.m.

This is the resort's main restaurant, standing on stilts over the water, with a wonderful view over the lagoon. It is open for breakfast and dinner and features Cambodian, Indonesian, Thai, Sri Lankan, Hong Kong and Chinese-style buffets. A festival of flavours.

SEASON - Beach Restaurant

• Open from 10.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m.

The beach Bar and Restaurant is located on the eastern side of the island next to the Dive Centre and close to the lagoon. Season is open only for lunch and offers an array of light meal options including beach barbecues, seafood kebabs, grills, salads and sandwiches.

ALLEGRIA - Italian Restaurant

• Open from 6.00 p.m. to 11.00 p.m.

Welcome to Diva Maldives’s Italian restaurant, for a genuine and traditional Italian cuisine. The concept here is again open-kitchen, with large glass windows through which diners can see the kitchen staff at work. Allegria features Italian specialties and is open for dinner only.
