Many millenniums ago, four core elements allowed Earth to grow from a mass of fire and lava into the beautiful planet we live on today. They were Fire, Air, Water, and Earth. Mineral Sculpt Firming Ritual - 120 minutes

Figure firming ritual using muds and clays to give a better skin tone, stimulating elasticity of the skin. Enjoy a firming massage as if wrapped in velvet, discover the earth's properties through an intensive cream containing the mineral Silicium, for a smoother and more even skin tone.

Liana Contour Slimming Ritual - 120 minutes

A slimming massage to sculpt and refine the figure, combined with a blend of red liana from Peru, which wraps and scrubs the body's curves. Your figure will feel rejuvenated, and its harmony restored.

Organic Clay Ritual - 120 minutes

Focus on the moment with a clay ritual combining contemporary techniques with ancient wisdom. This treatment achieves complete balance of body and mind, releasing toxins, soothing your skin, and nurturing the soul.

Supplifying Body Ritual - 120 minutes

Awaken your senses as your body is nourished. This herbal, aromatic holistic ritual encompasses a signature foot scrub, full body exfoliation, massage with a lush balm to open the body's energy channels (Marmas), finishing with an envelopment and bath.

Air Rituals

Healing Body Ritual - 120 minutes

Restore balance to body and mind. Using Neem,India's 'pharmacy tree', the ritual blends aromatic herbs to comfort the spirit whilst treating the body: first a signature foot scrub, then full body exfoliation, a massage to release negative energy, finished with an envelopment and bath.

Anti-Stress & Detoxification Ritual - 120 minutes

A blend of hot and cold sensations – fresh aromatic gel blended with warm detoxifying flakes envelops the body. As if purified by fresh mountain air, the body can truly breathe, filled with a feeling of blissful well being. Freed of toxins, the skin is once again soft and radiant.

Water Rituals

Marine Wave Hydrating Ritual - 120 minutes

Savour the incomparable sensation of bathing in a clear, warm sea. The body is soothed with a voluptuous balm and red Algae extracts. Slip into a warm marine bath and feel your skin become supple and silky. Finally, enjoy a divine fluid massage to boost energy circulation.

Relaxing Waters Ritual - 120 minutes

An exfoliating aquatic gel with pearl leaves skin soft in preparation for a long lasting tan. The A ffusion shower caresses like rain combined with soothing, relaxing aromatic massage. An aquatic mint wrap is applied, then skin is then hydrated with essential oils of Mandarin, Orange and Lemon, for peace of mind and skin like satin.

A wide array of massage treatments are also on offer to suit all.

Maintain flexibility, reduce muscle fatigue and increase circulation. Assists in repair of damaged tissue, increasing pliability and mobility to help with rehabilitation.

Swimming lessons for Children 45 minutes

Helps children improve their strokes and confidence in the water. Suitable for ages 5–12, including beginners.

Initiation to Fitness 60 minutes

A good introduction to fitness for those wishing to take a focused training programme away with them to practise at home.

Lady Sculpt 45 minutes

Designed especially for ladies, to tone and redefine the shape. A series of exercises to reshape and maintain good posture.

Fat loss program 60 minutes

Ideal programme with multiple effects. Perfect for monitoring a healthy heart, to help increase blood circulation and contribute to fat reduction.

Personal Training 75 minutes

Individual health, fitness and lifestyle assessment, one to one training and conditioning using a variety of gym and outdoor work.

Private Tennis Lesson 45 / 60 minutes

Our Tennis Pro is available for both lessons and games. Lessons include racquets and balls. To book lessons please call the Towel Cabana on extensions 4802 or 4508. Tennis are balls available at the Spa.

Private Hatha Morning session only 45 / 60 minutes

Yoga Session One to one and sessions for couples Yoga is the ancient method of stimulating mind, body and spirit, resulting in physical conditioning, relaxation and a sense of serenity. Private tuition ensures correct posture is taught in a caring, supportive environment, allowing you to get the most from your session.

Sunrise Meditation 45 minutes

One to one and sessions for couples Meditation equals awareness…watch your breath…listen to the birds…release your mind in a relaxing environment. Improves concentration, well being and helps alleviate internal stress. Transforms your body into a deep internal relaxation.

A visit to our Nail Salon is a truly divine experience with a special range of rituals designed to treat your mind, body, hands, feet and nails.

Hair
The Hair Salon is located within the Spa and offers a full array of hair services carried out by highly-trained professionals using the highest quality products.

Enjoy a new haircut or styling session, a wash and blow dry or an intensive hair treatment, all with luxury Rene Furterer products, rich in plant extracts and essential oils. On arrival, our professionals will carry out a hair analysis to ensure that personalized products are used to give your hair a lustrous glow. Each hair treatment includes a special head massage, to induce total relaxation.
