The Season restaurant is the main show kitchen for celebrated award-winning Chef Stephane Brallet. With its modern 'open' kitchen, the guest is treated to an interactive food experience, 'Season' is of a modern classical design with indigo, taupes, ivory, pistachio, chromes and silvers creating a fresh yet luxurious feel. The restaurant consists of four dining 'pods' and external timber deck terraces which cater for some 300 guests, who are seated around tropical internal gardens and a large cascading water feature, whilst overlooking the beach and the Indian Ocean.
The creatively designed buffet area features European cuisine with different 'stations' offering such delights as anti-pasti, patisserie, and sumptuous salads. The 'à la carte' menu offers a choice of four internationally famous styles of cuisine: Thai, Middle Eastern, Mauritian and Indian, a reflection of the cosmopolitan nature of our guests and the diversity of the islands culture.

Focussed on Italian contemporary cuisine, the restaurant 'Brezza' is a speciality restaurant. 'Brezza' is integrated in design with the Resorts main pool as well as overlooking the beach and Turtle Bay. 'Brezza' is themed around a wood burning oven which gives rise to a menu that is different and unique. By day a relaxed, casual yet vibrant atmosphere fills this restaurant and by night it is transformed into a romantic fine dining experience with Italian wines, and traditional dishes from the regions of Tuscany and Umbria.
