The resort’s culinary offer is just as diverse. Three restaurants have their own personality: “The Moulin”, as main restaurant offers themed diners with its varied buffets, “Le Camaron”, the beach restaurant, serves light dishes, fresh fish and seafood. “Le Grand’Caze”, the à la carte restaurant, invites to experience innovative and exceptional recipes with Mauritius flavors in a romantic setting. In the evening guests might enjoy live entertainment or other events at the bar, savouring the perfect end to a lovely day.

“Le Moulin” is inspired of old sugar mill and guests may enjoy sumptuous buffet breakfast where a large choice of tropical fruits is combined with warm dishes including delicious fresh homemade waffles and pancakes. In the evening, the atmosphere is transformed into something more intimate with different theme buffet several times a week.

“Le Camaron”, reminding of camarons pond farming, set up in sugar cane plantation from the early 17th century, serves light dishes, fresh fish and seafood on the beach. For dinner, the Chef organizes also from time to time spectacular beach barbecue dinners in a relaxing atmosphere.
Le Grand Caze

“Le Grand Caze”, the plantation owner’s house in Creole, has given its name to the gourmet restaurant which takes place in a very elegant colonial house. Innovative food created with a selection of the finest local ingredients associated with all the flavors of Mauritius offers a unique dining experience.
